Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Mock Screenshots (the “Service”), operated by GamerChachi Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms and to our Ethics & Acceptable Use policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. The Service

The Service generates fictional screenshots and mockups of messaging and social-media interfaces. Output is not real and must never be presented as authentic communication from any real person or organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may use output for parody, memes, education, design mockups, prototyping and fiction. You may not use it to defraud, impersonate, defame, harass, forge documents or credentials, tamper with evidence, or otherwise deceive any person. See theEthics & Acceptable Use policy for the full list. You are solely responsible for how you use anything you create.

4. Free clean exports

During the initial launch phase, generated PNG exports are free and contain no visible product overlay. This does not make them authentic: all use remains subject to these Terms and the Ethics & Acceptable Use policy. Watermark-removal checkout is paused.

5. Intellectual property

Platform names, logos and interface designs depicted are the property of their respective owners. Mock Screenshots is not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform. You retain rights to the text and images you input.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamerChachi Pvt Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from your use or misuse of the Service or its output.
